Victory! This is one of two original Jaguar factory ALUMINUM racing bonnets from the 60’s that were made WITHOUT headlamps! This one has 46 years of racing history behind it – including an airborne trip over the bridge at Lime Rock – and the scars to prove it! This piece of Jaguar racing history was all but written off after a serious crash last September at Watkins Glen, when it made it’s way here. Over the past 6 months, we completely restored and rebuilt this bonnet, and put it back on the Donovan Motorsports #61 E-Type in time for the 2013 racing season.
