Here are some photos of the shop starting from the first day I saw the space, until our restoration and build out of the building was completed.
We contracted out the drywall work, installation of the metal ceiling, framing of the office and bathroom, and insulation of the ceiling. That was all completed from about July 1st (start of lease) to August 25th, when we started our work on the mezzanine – although that work did overlap with ours well into September…
EVERYTHING ELSE was done by Brent and I – with a little help from my friends Graham and Stan on one Saturday to get the mezzanine up. I had intended to blog the progress on this day by day this Summer, but there just wasn’t time for that – sorry…
Take a look – it was ALOT of work, but I think the new space is going to take Monocoque Metalworks to a whole new level!
