In addition to the standard E-Type panels, we often fabricate custom pieces to solve specific problems on a Specific E-Type. Customers often take advantage of our metalworking skills and machinery to produce whatever is needed to get their E-Type back to factory condition.
The photos below show just SOME of the custom panels we have produced in the past.
So – just because you don’t see it on the other pages of our catalog does not mean we cannot supply it – we can make just about ANYTHING! If you think we can help with YOUR E-Type, give us a call!

Partial Firewall Panel Section – additional photo. I was especially proud of the tooling we created to make this dish – MANY hours of trial and error to get this one right! There are quite a few differences in the holes and details of the 6-cylinder E-Type firewall over the decade of their production, and we have a giant “map” detailing every single one of them…
Drip Tray for E-Type Door – this piece is commonly rusted beyond repair. There are 3 different versions of this piece for 6-cylinder E-Types – this is the earliest style found on early 3.8 cars.
Scuttle repair section – the “scuttle” as it is called is a large piece spanning the entire width of the car, with multiple curves and edges that have to be JUST right – and it costs a FORTUNE from the other suppliers! We can make an exact copy of the original for MUCH less, or a partial repair piece as shown above.
Covered Headlamp Conversion Diaphragms for Series 3 V-12 E-Types. When converting Series 1.5 and 2 cars to Series 1 covered headlamps, a stock Series 1 headlamp diaphragm is used. However, because the inner valance walls of the Series 3 bonnet are much further apart, a custom headlamp diaphragm must be fabricated. This is a pair that puts the Series 1 headlamp bucket EXACTLY where it should be located, but retains the outer shape of the stock Series 3 diaphragm – including the provision for the gas strut!
Center console side panel – we supplied a pair of these to a customer who wished to replace only the rusted side pieces and keep the rest of their original center console. Note the accuracy of the double-folded top edge – this has to be just right so that the depth is correct for the aluminum or vinyl covered top plate, and soft enough not to chafe the vinyl covering!
Forward edge of rear Wing – this is a separate rubber channel piece for the forward edge of the rear wing – it holds the seal for the rear edge of the door.
Boot Floor Strengthening Ribs.
Drip Channel for 6-cylinder E-Type roadster – bottom piece and both side pieces, forming the entire drip channel except the top edge. We have also made these pieces for the Coupe rear hatch.
